Here’s to a new taste of the coast!

We are happy to announce that from June 1 to September 18, 2022, we will be serving vegetarian and vegan dishes at Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala in Zadar/Croatia.

Inspired by Croatian summer and true to our root to leaf philosophy, the produce and ingredients used throughout our menu are locally sourced.
