“Topf chefs invite to dinner”
Event on 5th anniversary of TIAN: Juan Amador, Harald Irka, Stefan Langmann and Stefan Heilemann cook on January 31st 2017 with Paul Ivić and Thomas Scheiblhofer.
Vienna, January 20th 2017 – For over five years now, the Viennese Gourmet Restaurant TIAN by Christian Halper has shaped the country’s gastronomic scene. This is due to the uncompromising standard of quality and passion for extraordinary vegetarian dishes by chef de cuisine Paul Ivić and his team. The reward: To this day TIAN is the only vegetarian restaurant in Austria with 3 Gault-Millau toques and a Michelin star. Obviously this success found recognition with other top chefs and has over the years led to close friendships with reputable colleagues. “It is an integral part of our philosophy to keep in touch with our suppliers, employees, guests, as well as other chefs de cuisine – in a word, people who share our passion for quality and taste.” Paul Ivić explains. Thus, on the occasion of their fifth anniversary Paul Ivić and TIAN chef pâtissier Thomas Scheiblhofer invite four of their top chef friends to a very special evening: On January 31st 2017 guests can expect the “TIAN Evolution”, an exclusive vegetarian 6-course menu by Juan Amador (Amador’s Wirtshaus & Greißlerei, Vienna, 3 toques), Harald Irka (Saziani Stub’n, Straden, south-east Styria, 3 toques), Stefan Langmann (Vila Joya, Algarve, Portugal, 2 stars), Stefan Heilemann (Ecco Zürich, Switzerland, 2 stars) as well as Paul Ivić and Thomas Scheiblhofer. The accompanying wine is selected by TIAN head sommelier Matthias Pitra. “TIAN Evolution stands for perpetual progress.
