From December 16, 2023, to March 16, 2024, we welcome you again this winter at “TIAN am Berg” at Hotel Edelweiss in Zürs am Arlberg.
In our third and final year at Arlberg, we remain true to our philosophy and serve what the season has to offer. Whether it’s palm kale, Jerusalem artichokes, and sweetheart cabbage from Vetterhof, or truffles from Alba and Perigord.
In our wine list, you’ll find fantastic wines from Hannes Schuster and Sylvain Morey. Naturally, we will also bring some of our homemade non-alcoholic drinks from TIAN Restaurant Wien with us.

It is no secret: the ingredients for our dishes primarily come from small organic farms in the region. Our team honors the passionate work of the producers by using everything from root to leaf.
